Create your own designs of covers for your gadgets

August 6th, 2010 No comments

Can you imagine the power to create your own designs of covers for your gadgets? This is the initiative proposed by the tool I make my case, Case Mate Site, where you can create your designs for your iPhone 3G and 3G, for 2 GB iPod Touch, BlackBerry Bold 9700 and BlackBerry Curve 8520.

The operation of the system is simple, just make sure you have the Flash Player installed in your browser, otherwise not work. Ready to design your cover iPhone? We begin with a brief review.

It all starts by choosing one of the four gadgets listed in the first paragraph of this post. For this example I chose the iPhone 3G and chose a design based around the style of a designer, in this case was Hannah Stoutt.

After selecting a background color, add items and apply tools (mirrors, effects, frames), which you can send it directly to the shopping cart, if you want to buy (price: U.S. $ 39.99). You can also preview a front jack and two side-front left and right sides.

You can also save your design and / or download in JPG format. Finally you can share your design in different social networks. Namely, Twitter, Facebook and Flickr. Almost forgot: The application requires no registration and is free (only the use, the cover must pay if they want, make deliveries to other countries).

N minutes I spent trying to create a decent design but in the end I was just so do they like it or not? I know, not responsive, I have no wood designer :D

Migrate Feedburner feeds to Google account

August 2nd, 2010 No comments

A few days ago Google announced it would begin migration 0f Feedburner account to Google account and you can learn how to do it today . Although many blogs I read things like ‘ Google acquires Feedburner ‘ , I’m surprised have not been aware that Feedburner is owned by Google some time ago, only now it will be composed full.

What is the meaning of migration? Although I would say it is more of a merger, integration of Feedburner to Google Accounts, the aim is to ensure that everything is under a common architecture so that services statistics to better manage services Google Analytics, Adsense in Feedburner, Etc.

Migrating feeds

1. Log into our account at Feedburner www.feedburner.com

2. On the cover of our feeds us a message that saysHey we are moving to Google Feedburner accounts . Learn more or Move your now account‘. We click the link that says ‘Move your account now ‘to start migration.

3. If you’re logged into your Google account , you will be prompted to perform migration to that account or another ( and log ) or … if you do not have Account Google (which at this point I doubt ) I think a new one. After marking any of those options we click on Following.

4. Here you only confirms the data from the previous step and feed that indicates you are migrating (And you can have several people in your Feedburner account and you must repeat these steps for each of them). Click following.

5. Wait … has started migration. The message indicates that you can close the window if you wish, although in my case I wanted to see how long it would take in update my posts about 1500 and took more than 15 seconds. So can taking the time to wait if they want (since it depends on your line, but Google’s server ).

6. It will display a message that the operation was successful. If you had more feeds to migrate dale click where it says Track with FeedburnerIf you have feeds on another account , click where it says give migrate your feeds from another account.

7. Check your email to confirm the association has Google – feed.

8. Feedburner.com and say goodbye to log in from Feedburner.Google.com .
9. We’re through. You have successfully migrated .

If they had problems migrate Feedburner feeds to Google account, post your questions or concerns.
